Reserving a room/bed at the hostel requires a credit card number upon booking.
The first night will be debited from your card one week before arrival and is non-refundable. The balance is due on check-in.
For stays of less than one week, we require 48 hours cancellation for the remaining days of your stay. If your reservation is for one week or more, we require seven days cancellation. Less than this notice results in the full amount being charged to your card.
Group bookings for 10+ people may receive a group discount of 10%. We reserve the right to refuse group bookings for more than six rooms as it can negatively impact other guests' experiences at the hostel. For groups that require more than six of our rooms we suggest booking the entire hostel at a special rate. All group bookings require 2 weeks cancellation to avoid the full amount being charged.
